I would guess it's real, and what I base that on is that DeSantis is a rival to Trump, Trump was stunningly popular among ordinary Jews, and ordinary Jews can be quite outspoken.

What I am reminded of is when a Jewish film director was literally booed offstage for badmouthing Trump. At a KKK meeting is Alabammy? No, it was at the Israeli Film Festival in Los Angeles. Such anti-Semitism did not get any media coverage, for some reason.
