Perhaps, but needs a better source than footage from a potato cam recording a screen.
The original was most likely in 4K resolution .
Why are these "holy cow" videos always in 240P potato cam resolution ?
I could not find it until more recently, but have added it in the full article now and it is 1080p C-SPAN quality and you can see it much clearer!
