I'm in Healthcare IT. Same here. We've gone through 2 rounds so far this year and at least two last year. They are still saying they want to reduce by another 7%. I'm already doing the job of 3 people. But, oh, we have plenty of Indian directors getting a fortune and my Indian boss doesn't hesitate to hire more offshore contractors that work hours opposite to us, are hard to communicate with, and us on-shore 'resources' have to redo all their work. I haven't had a raise in a decade.

I'm in a fintech startup and we only hire Indians now, unless they personally knew the CEO.

Start a private IT security company.

You could gross over $2000 per week just installing residential and commercial security systems.

You could gross over $1000 per week just repairing cellphones

Starting up a business is scary at first. And colleges don't really promote it. They try to steer you toward corporate 500 companies. But if you just start out small, by yourself, don't make any huge capital investments to land you in debt, you can get back to making what you make now in about 3 years and then surpass it. The first year you will only make about half as much as you do now, but you'll have more free time. By year two, even without any marketing, and just relying on word of mouth and local networks like your church and family and friends, you can fill out your schedule and make almost as much as you do now.

Also, when you start your own business, you can write off damn near everything as an expense. Computers, phones, meals, home office, vehicles, mileage, etc. etc. That's if you are doing everything above table. As a W2 employee, you don't really get to write off much of anything. Making $50,000 as small business owner is the equivalent of making $100,000 as W2 employee because of all the write-offs and tax deductions.

I am actually mad I didn't just go into business for myself earlier. Fucking colleges brainwashed me into chasing corporate jobs. You guys knows me well enough to know that purple haired dykes cannot deal with me and HR offices were always trying to get me fired for hurting some dyke whore's fragile feelings.

No one knows you.

You’re a fucking shill who sometimes uses AI to schizo larp in between your hate larps and occasional filler content.

I’ve seen your bots malfunction multiple times. Literally 100% confidence in your shill status.

Now fuck off, idiot.
