Heres a different take for you.

White people seem to be able to control their population growth. Are you going to argue thats a bad thing?

But why is it that most of the other races are exploding in numbers? The only way you can argue this is a good thing is if your country is seeking to expand its domain, since you have nowhere for your citizens to go (cough china cough). Youll have a decent sized invasion force.
