Now in its 17th year, the Secretary of State’s IWOC Award recognizes women from around the globe who have demonstrated exceptional courage, strength, and leadership in advocating for peace, justice, human rights, gender equity and equality, and the empowerment of women and girls, in all their diversity – often at great personal risk and sacrifice. Since March 2007, the Department of State has recognized more than 180 women from more than 80 countries with the IWOC Award. U.S. diplomatic missions overseas nominate one woman of courage from their respective host countries and finalists are selected and approved by senior Department officials. Following the IWOC ceremony, the awardees will participate in an in-person International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) exchange to connect with American counterparts in cities across the United States and strengthen their global networks of women leaders. You are absolutely correct. But, somewhere they both want no babies, and want women to not be able to get proper BC. When people say that the point is to make women suffer I have to agree. Daycare costs entirely too much to be a minimum wage job. Choosing to be a stay at home mom negatively effects you when you rejoin the workforce.
It's not a minimum wage job. Those women get paid very well lol. People shouldn't be surprised at the cost of feeding and protecting the most precious thing in your family. That's why smart cultures have grandparents raise the babies once mom goes back to work. Only seen poor white people do this tho.

You have no idea what you are taking about. Most of the employees in Kindercare for example do not get paid very well. Only the specialists.
