Absolutely! On the most basic level what's surprising is that no one tells those kids that it's not good for them! When they go to Google to look it up it tells them it's perfectly fine to do it everyday and that it's even healthy!

More shocking is some people even on this forum share this view. And think porn or masturbation is good for them. It's one thing if someone cannot control his addictions but totally another to not realize it's a problem to begin with.
