Americans might think these numbers are farfetched, but I can assure you that large figure sums are quite common when jewish israelis buy homes in Jerusalem/Palestine and as in this case in Hebron

To get a better idea on home prices in Jerusalem you can check Sothebys listings

If a home is in a location the jewish israeli hordes desperately need they are usually willing to pay any price to get it. Not only that! But along with the sale, Passports to any country including US passports are offered frequently.
