Billionaires always talk their own book:

"I'm buying this" => I've already up to the gills with this, please buy some from me.

"This is a bad investment" => I'm looking into buying this at a greatly reduced price

Never trust a billionaire making public proclamations. On the average, it's best just to do opposite of what they spout.
