@rawsalerts you're correct, doesn't make sense to shelter in place. We are surrounded by train tracks in my city and county here in FL. When something happens such as train, semi, facility...and its without chems/hazmat, we are told to AVOID THE AREA and NOT SHELTER IN PLACE.
