Sorry, the "global filter" removed a bunch of your comments and I just noticed it now. Some domains are added to spam filter by website owners, beyond the control of conspiracies mods. They are approved now.
Maybe go down the alternative healing rabbit hole. Violet ray device. Eastern Europeans seem to have a decent amount of research into plasma and energy but there is a language barrier.

The 'plasma battery' in the game Halo is pure fiction. Although there is some research in the real world on plasma batteries, a fundamental problem is that a plasma is extremely temporary and so it is not a way to store energy for the longterm.
If you are talking about extracting energy from a plasma as you would from a battery, while one could extract a small amount of energy from a gas plasma, it takes energy to create a plasma and it is not really a good and stable mechanism for a battery. It's like asking, "Can you store energy in a neon sign?"
