This is NOT this child's fault. He is NOT a threat': Mental health advocate launches defense of 6'6" thug, 17, who had to be dragged off unconscious female teaching aide who he knocked out for confiscating his Nintendo Switch (www.dailymail.co.uk)

Mental health advocate defends 6'6" boy who attacked teaching aide
Sue Urban, who has a special needs stepson at the school, said the child, 17, of Palm Coast, should have been taken to a mental health facility, not jail.

Stop turning this around and making the victim the one at fault. This kid is dangerous and he should not be allowed free in public. He has no control over his emotions and his actions. Trust the lefties to blame the victims.

The victim happens to be the child that didn't receive proper treatment. Hate to break it to you. This is a career destroying event. Lawsuits will probably set that child up for life. The key words is, " manifestation".

If the actions take by the side caused a manifestation of the child's disability it's her fault. I'll take it a step further, if she went against his documentation, it's her fault.

Bullshit. The kid badly beat a woman. She was physically harmed; the kid was not attacked until people had to pull him off the victim. The kid had a toy taken away, in school where toys are not supposed to be in classes. You're promoting that a teacher deserved to be beaten? You're a complete idiot, a leftie fool, and a danger to society. I'm guessing you're a Soros puppet coming here to spread his bullshit policies. [Added now: I'm coming to suspect you're a Greta-level of autistic, and unable to comprehend that a school employee being severely beaten over a toy is the primary evil here, not violation of a kid's 'rights'.]

The child had what was probably the most expensive item he owned stolen from him. That wasn't a teacher, that was an aide. And, you have noises what the issue at hand is, and you refuse to educate yourself on it. You'd rather call names.

The IEP and the BIP is like the child's instruction manual. If you don't read them, and user error causes an issue the warrant is void. Aka it's the adult super bosoms fault.

The only "proper treatment" that monkey deserves is the fucking rope, you marxist cult grooming punk

He's 17 years old and held a conversation with the cops just fine. There's no reason to believe he didn't know exactly what he was doing and enjoyed it, even. If you are that fucking retarded to take his side then you should swing next to him.

He's a minor, and the police violated his rights to have an adult present.

You think cops can't arrest a minor without a parent present?

I think a disabled child should not have been encouraged to speak ro anyone until they saw their attorney. This is exactly why people flipped out about school resource officers being in schools. It snuck violating kids rights right past many parents. They didn't teach their kids to stfu, and the police damn sure don't care.

Blacks are 13% of the population and responsible for over 65% of all violent crime.

You are a marxist mulatto crybaby who has to pretend to be a perpetual victim as if it justifies your racism against white people.

That minor physically attacked and beat the victim; she did not attack him. You are insane.

I'm not insane. I understand emotional behavioral support in schools better than you. My youngest child used to take his clothes off and throw them at the staff. He figured out no one was going near him if he was naked.

If you're here, you're not new to spin. This is a disabled child. The aid didn't just steal from him, they deviated from his specific protocols. As amazing as it seems, this could be deemed the aides fault, and they could loose their ability to work with children over this.

He's autistic. It shouldn't be anyone's fault and he shouldn't be charged with anything.

I bet he ends up in prison over this though.

Motherfucker I'm autistic. If I beat someone within an inch of their life over a fucking gameboy, I'd sure as hell expect to be thrown in prison.

If you are underage in a facility thay is supposed to be providing you care for your issues, and instead causes them... Then you can compare yourself to this child.

Obviously this facility is not equipped to handle this person's violent tendencies. Instead of having effective school teachers receive prison-style beatings, he should be under the care of professionals with the correct training for such violence.

The issue is that his paperwork says he was in the right place, receiving the right care. The follow through didn't happen.

I think the teachers union is behind the smear campaign. The article says his mother doesn't live in town. Who is going over his paperwork? Who agreed to his paperwork. He had an IEP and a BIP at the very least. Who agreed to them?

He's probably in the wrong school but maybe resources are tight in that district and they're doing the best they can with him? I know every time education budgets get tighter, situations like this can eventually arise. I'm glad there was a video so I could hear him. It's very obvious he's autistic and you're dead on with the messing with routines point. He has the emotional functioning of a 4 year old and the mass of a university footballer.

If you read the article. Even with the loaded words he was in the wing of the school that provided treatment for his issue. The problem is about level of care. Was he receiving the level of care he was supposed to be receiving?

Care or not, if being around this person is this dangerous, he needs to be locked up. If not prison, then a mental institution.

Regular people are not liable to beat you within an inch of your life when confiscating property in a place where said property is not appropriate.
