We never officially declared war against afghanistan or iraq or libya or syria or iran or any of these places our hijacked fraud mercenary military invades. I'm sure the government would rather just declare war on ideas or label everyone a potential terrorist and throw the label "terrorist" around recklessly to label anyone who challenges their fraudulent power.
