lots of tech (using electricity)

infinite currency (digital, therefore only in an electrified world)

mind control (through electronic devices)

Maybe… I dunno… maybe we could do something to prevent electricity from existing. That way they lose all their power instantaneously.

Nah, can’t happen. Electricity is magic. It has no source.

Basically, since we can’t predict (or cause) a Carrington Event, supervolcano, or asteroid impact.
