. Seems like it has happened in the last month especially. The sites are still there but mostly only via I2P as the tor access is under attack? I haven't been following it this year.

Been noticing several sites no longer use https anymore too.
Russian nodes stalled for a while last year. Particularly on a node in Check Republic always stalls, and insists https is not available regardless. Until you switch node.
