Call me a conspiracy theorists, but I believe it's DeepFaked. It seemed that way from several clues, but browsing down to a few of the replies, I quickly found one saying, "where is this at? i did not hear he was in town" from a guy in Vero Beach.

A maximum of 675 people would not know he was there. Or they might have simply cancelled the event by email, and then a maximum of 675 people would have to see the video, realize it was fake, and post somewhere about it.
