I was just reading and commenting on the chicken egg post, and one way to treat COVID supposedly is "plasma" treatment. Just interesting synchronicity. Giving plasma high in antibodies to someone low in antibodies makes sense.
Plasma may be similar to ichor, the blood of the gods. When the gods were injured, and I'm talking Greek pantheon, they bled a clear fluid.
I knew this crackhead who was a temp worker on a job site doing some steel work, rebar, forms, concrete, etc. Those real hard and dangerous labor jobs bring in some drug addicts or drunks that work hard and party hard.
Anyways, that guy used to donate plasma 3 days a week for extra alcohol and drug money. I think there were some regulations governing how frequently you could donate plasma, since those fuckers would do it every day if they could and totally deplete themselves to death.
Something about plasma was so profitable that clinics were setup to pay you to milk it out of ya over the course of a few hours. And of course these clinics target the working poor for their plasma and are picky about which applicants they approve. I think it was typically $60-$80 per donation. So a crackhead could make about $200 extra in drug money for just having tubes hooked up to them for a few hours.
And there's the opposite too, people deficient in copper.
Those people develop symptoms awful similar to porphyria, and it's something to think about with the anemic royals and vampirism and such.
It could be in addition to, or separate from, low iron content. Some people say that the royals are the descendants of Nephilim based on their historic hemophilia.
My brother said that he thinks its the Arcadians that specifically would look for cave systems that had water with high mineral content, and the caves were often the color of blood. He also said that so many places are named Arcadia because they have such caves.
Perhaps if they roamed too far, they resorted to vampirism or other methods to get the minerals they needed.
I assumed Mario was Italian but maybe he has some Iranian in him.
In 2005, Italy was the third largest trading partner of Iran with 7.5% of all exports to Iran. Italy was Iran's largest trading partner in the European Union in 2017
The relations between Iran and Italy have ancient origins. The relationship between the two countries goes back to when the Persian Empire and the Roman Empire were the two major powers in the world. The fall of the western Roman Empire and the end of the Sasanian dynasty affected their connection, however the relationship was able to resist for centuries. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iran%E2%80%93Italy_relations
After the unification of Italy in 1861, they signed a friendship agreement and a commercial treaty in 1873. And even if during the Second World War, the alliance was interrupted momentarily, it was picked up again at the end of the conflict. Moreover, part of the Iranian intellectual elite of the late nineteenth century, who were modernist and open to the western world, found refuge in Italy during the political turmoil of the twentieth century until the constitutional revolution of 1906 .
And as for the cartoon, I liked the opening, but I think I almost instantly didn't watch the show for one reason...I was a little too old for it.
I used to go completely out of my way as a kid to play Mario Bros. One of the smallest malls in my area for a long time had a little raised platform near the center of the mall with Joust and Mario Bros. That was it.
I was terrible at both games.
I'm sure you know the origin of Nintendo (gambling and playing cards), but I would like to point out in addition, and this is REALLY interesting...One of the oldest examples of the Latin alphabet (modern day English alphabet) being used is on an old vase. It's called the Duenos inscription.
When I looked at it, I was drawn to one string of letters...
NEITEDENDO
Now I don't know about you, but I've rarely seen -tendo or -dendo in words
Nintendo means "leave luck to heaven"
The vase with that inscription is made of three connected vases, with an inner reservoir to collect a mixture of whatever you put in the three vases, and it was used to make perfume.
You can see the translation, but basically whoever wrote it was asking the gods, "heaven", for luck with women. Or it could've been a merchant saying that his perfume would help other men get lucky with women (if you go by the full translation at the bottom of the wiki).
Looks like a happy chap. Really does seem to look like an aged Mario though. Like 100%

Maybe gods just had a high plasma to blood ratio?

Yeah, I'm sure they need plasma for surgery and all, but I'm not well-versed in medicine.
And I'm certainly not averse to the idea that they could use it in ways not publicized.

I was pretty floored finding this, honestly.
