Notice....resisting the temptation to consent to suggested vaccinations remains legal for everyone, while suggesting fear; hesitation; doubt among others about any aspect of vaccinations becomes illegal.

In short...the liberty to sustain self is offered, while the liberty to save others is being revoked.
