He is saying he will make a new covenant with them because he previously had a old one with the jews. This isn't hard to understand.
The new convenant included Gentiles, Jews, blacks, whites, and browns also too. Something the jews werern't expecting. That is christianisty. That is why Jesus told his disciples to go preach unto all nations. Do you understand??????
That was before he died on the cross for the whole worlds sins and teared the veil in the temple to let Gentiles and Jews alike to both have a personal relationship with him.
Bro, St. Thomas literally travelled to India. The apostles literally travelled all across north africa, persia, syria, turkey, and ethiopia. They went to preach to all the world, which included blacks and browns.
