If one suggests what "is", then that implies that something "was" perceivable, before one can shape suggestions about what it "is". How could one define by suggestion what is, when everything was perceivable before being able to shape suggestions?
How can those within reality be "unable" while being enabled by reality? What defines sufficiency (being able)...suggested or perceivable?

a) ELECT', verb [Latin electus, from eligo; Greek; to choose.]..."unelected" doesn't exist within reality, since everything perceivable represents choice based reactions. One cannot "not" choose. To be (living) implies choice based adaptation to being within (process of dying).
b) consenting to suggested "WEF" and perpetuating "WEF is" by tweeting towards the consenting (agreement or disagreement) choices of others, implies suggested "WEF" to be elected by ones consenting free will of choice.
The living never asked for the process of dying...others suggest questions to tempt one to want suggested answers from them. Meanwhile; one is tempted to ignore being a temporary problem (living) within ongoing solution (process of dying), hence struggling to sustain self.
