The First Flight Over the North Pole in 1926 Took off From Ny-Ålesund and Landed Near Teller Alaska. The First Flight to Fly Over the South Pole in 1929 Both Took off From and Landed at Little America Exploration Base. Which in No Way Is the Same Thing.
