That is the exact moment when she shot him from behind the ear, the bullet that came out of his forehead.
I've heard people say they see the driver turn around and shoot JFK for a while, this is the second time I'm seeing this Jackie shot JFK theory. I don't see either one, but maybe I need to download Zapruder in 4K or summat... Or maybe this is the latest deep state misdirection.
Maybe the driver did too, but somebody shot him from behind the ear exactly where her hand is in the photo, if it wasn't her she should be missing a hand.
