The AI can only know what it has been told and what it has been shown. Cameras can act like eyes to see the world. Programmers can insert data with updates.

The difference between humans and AI is that it has uncertainty in what it sees with its eyes, and absolute certainty in what it has been told to believe.

Or, nowadays I guess that's a similarity.
