Atheist jew 1: "I do not believe in judaism, but I am jewish!!!"
Atheist jew 2: "I do not believe in God, but I believe israel has the right to exist because god said so in the bible"
Just a snippet of their contradictions, this will also make you understand why jews are the problem. The mixture between religion and ethnicity makes things very difficult for us non-jews to analyze.
For a start, Orthodox jews, do not reject materialism, their religion is 100% material, they believe in reincarnation and not an after life. But what you misinterpret for spirituality is in fact just rules, they have to follow an endless amount of rules, as others said, the Talmud is so vast that they depend on the Rabbi for answers and the Rabbis depend on an explanation book called the shulhan arukh.
These rules cause the separation between jews and non jews, they can only fit with jews. they can only jewish food and they only feel at home with other jews.
"Socialism" is part of their religion, the kibbutz is in a way a religious institution.
The main and most important difference between Muslims-Chrisitians vs jews, is that Muslims and Christians think anyone following another religion is human, only one who made a mistake and will go to hell for it, but if they convert they will go to heaven, they might even be flexible and think most will go to heaven.
jews on the other hand think all non-jews are inherently non-human, they are animals shaped as humans to serve the jews. The only exception are the few souls who are transitioning because they were jewish but in the past they killed another jew so they need to do the reincarnation cycle all over again passing through bacteria, insects, animals, non-jews, then finally a jew after he has redeemed himself!!!
