You have a good app that can archive webpage articles quickly and on-the-fly as well as perform operations in batches?

Say, for example, i want to program an app that takes a snap shot of the front page of Wall Street Journal and archives it with the date and time and I can schedule that operation.

Many here utilize third party sites such as archive.ph but I do not trust leaving saved copies and archives on third party servers.

Thanks for any good suggestions...
