So, it is insanely stupid to make videos how aviation gyro horizon do not show Earth curvature. Because aviation gyro horizons designed for completely another purpose.

To detect Earth curvature using gyro you should not use aviation gyro horizon that is designed for completely another purpose. At least you need to remove all correctors from aviation gyro horizon.

Sagnac interferometers have nothing to do with ground. They do not behave like regular gyros at all. They measure rotation speed in the coil plane. And perfectly measure rotation speed of the Earth and, consequently angle of coil plane to the rotation axis.
