I think some of them are coming back, but not for the reasons you think. I also think that some of them havent left. Their main purpose is to watch and make sure we dont leave this planet. My own personal belief anyway.
I think new jerusalem is actually a giant spaceship and the hopis spider woman will save them to bring them to the next world. (Or the next interglacial likely).
I think there is a movie based on this idea, but I would hate to think everyones getting fattened up to fill up some giant spaceship deep freeze lmao. But I think they want people unhealthy because its easier to control the masses that way. Or perhaps they will just hover along with a giant magnet and suck up anything with metal in it. Basically just been mining everything for them these last 10000 years.
But man, we could nuke this planet, destroy it with chemicals and pollution, cut every living things down. It wouldnt matter. 99.99% of life will die when everything freezes again and were waiting for the next interglacial. Short of causing some kind of reaction, like antimatter destroying this entire planet, we could nuke it a 1000x over, and by the next interglacial, you wouldnt be able to tell.....really doesnt matter what humans do. We cant slow or stop what is coming, eventually.
