Are they testing how far they can go? Or are they prepping for new hoax pandemics next year or years later? New injections?
I can't make much sense of it, your thoughts on it are much appreciated.

It's just an example for the rest of the world to see what WEF want for us. SO when it happens, like predictive programming works, normies not awake will say, "oh just like China did it....it must work to control the new virus!"
The news shows people what they want us to see for a reason. It's possible as well that it's not even happening just like Ukraine and the alleged money laundering going thru them. We don't really know if what we're being told is actually happening but people buy it, take their spin on it, and keep it as if it's happening. I think all of this is a major distraction
