I agree with Mr. Russian. Weather has always been subject to extremes, long before technology came about. I don't see a conspiracy here.
Ghost, it definitely felt engineered.
It was too sudden and too intense.
They've had the technology for quite some time.
I also believe they engineered some of the chaos around Haiti, probably so they could steal kids.
