Although there are a few legitimate reasons for numerology (like cryptography, for instance), i generally don’t pay it much mind.
As for “flat earth ppl” (regardless of if they favor a numerological approach or not), they are largely not real, and a part of an advertising campaign [psyop]. They are intended to give the false impression that flat earth research is only for and by idiots.
