IDK, but this guy is dressed like a LARPer.

Why do you think real evil will dress evil or attract attention like this? Because of Hollywood with that strange obsession with mostly uninteresting, boring and childish superheroes/supervillains narratives?

Real evil don't need that stuff at all.
