If someone has never seen the stars from a place with a very dark sky, the number and luminosity of them can be quite startling. The view of the stars from space, without miles of atmosphere full of particulates and water vapor, must be mind-boggling. You'd never know that from this clip.
I had a Nokia flip phone that must have been over 20 years old that would pick up both the lights of the house across the street and Venus in the sky above it. Clearly, what's attached to the exterior of the "space vehicle" is no Nokia flip phone from the early 2000's.
Someone who has no clue about aperture and how cameras work fuels low-IQ conspiracy theorist morons like you.
If it were fake, why not just add a bunch of stars?
Because there are no many nerds that would examine it to verify it was actually the absolutely correct star field for the purported picture.
