This guy is a snake in the grass with no real principles, which explains why Trump is at odds with him. So why doesn't Trump just completely expose him? Useful idiots may yet have their uses.

I just heard a total liberal academic (who thinks he's a reasoned centrist, of course) saying how he thought Ron DeSantos (<-- repeated several times, that's actually how little he knows about the guy) was the future of the Republican Party because "the whole Trump thing is over". Hard to believe how quickly he bought this new Establishment narrative hook, link, and sinker.
