I'm just going to come right out and say it. Crater earth explains most of this. As "Earth" is a small habitable zone, on a non rotating massive planet powered by a black sun that resides in it's center.
Any proof?

Liquid ethereal space fits the new theories of gravity being a push and not a pull. It would also explain the black cube of Saturn, as it too would be a firmament containing a habitable zone. It also goes along with the seed of life, as all planets would be the same, as life replicates itself across the cosmos, in the same pattern.
Yes. Planets do shine as stars. And if they all had their own black suns reflecting off a firmament. They would all look like lights in the sky. As for gravity, it is just a word to describe a theory. Tricks can hide entire continents. Or you can change a definition to create a trick. But gravity in itself, I do not see as 'a trick'.
