Particularly Serrapeptase/Nattokinase (maybe ultra high dosages???), quercetin, and now it is looking like green tea's ECGC.
I also have suggested to my vaxxed friend that he take anti-inflammatories (probably the blood vessels are also affected) and curcumin / turmeric works synergistically with quercetin for getting at the plaque/neurological issues.
You might also consider coenzyme10, PQQ, and the Zelenko protocol.
