Similar in rank and mission to Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, others.
Government installed CEOs of government operations conducted in corporate sector.
These large companies/corporations are a hand of the govt they get their starts from govt contracts, subsidies, tax breaks. Ill say thats why they can do what they want.
