It is just a kind of DIY research article, about specific VFD found in authors washing machine. That does not mean that this is done in mass production. Different barands and versions have different VFDs, it will be nearly impossible to use random washing machines to source VFD for mass production.
IDK, may be one manufacturer could give a discount for new washing machine in exchange for specific old model of specific brand and reuse VFDs and other parts, including stabilising weights and cast mounts in new machines. But as I mentioned earlier, old washing machines is long-lasting things, and manufacturer hardly will have a constant supply of broken ones. The only way it is possible is planned obsolescence, say washing machine will not allow more than 500 washes and then lock indefinitely, so customer will have to bring it to manufacturer to get a discount for new one.
VFD shit is always kinda a pain to source in my experience.
Go to aliexpress and look for VFDs - tons of them. Long ago I bought $50 device to run 3 phase motor for belt grinder, still works without problems.

No. It is easier with sanctions, than without them. I told you, that this sanctions is the best thing that happened with Russia since USSR fall.
They should have started with that goal, to tell the world to fuck off, and go their own way. Invading Ukraine was fuggin' dumb and totally unnecessary.
But Russian Federation athorities had no goal to tell the world to fuck off. They don't even have a goal to do something useful for Russia. They thoughts was only about buying villas and yachts on the West. Only invading Ukraine and following seizing their western assets and cutting ways to funnel Russian wealth to private bank accounts abroad made them do something useful for country.
If invading Ukraine was the only way to stop that stealing everything to West, so, let it be. In any case it is already done and hardly anybody could have been able to prevent this, since it was planned and prepared long ago and definitely not by Russians. It is perfectly sane to accept it and use benefits that mess gives.
