Yandex have no semantic parser for languages other than Russian, like Google f.e.

It just show results that have most of the words you typed in.

For the same question asked in Russian it show perfectly relevant articles in Russian. ("На чём перемещались цари")

Meanwhile, why use Yandex for questions that not even near anything censored in Google/Bing/whatever?
