To answer your question, the comment directed to u/dipshit8841 was copied to you because you were mentioned in it. I can understand your confusion when you are copied on a question that is not directed to you.

To answer your question in your other comment, you are right that alts are not prohibited unless they are used to evade other prohibitions. If you two are not alts, you march so in lockstep that you can be considered meatpuppets. Either way the publication of evidence that you think alike is valid.
