He has some thought provoking videos and smart people should be able to articulate the case he tries to make better than he can so its worth watching. He's pretty sloppy in his communication, though, and if you have zero background in any of the topics more broadly then you'll likely not understand it properly or you'll misunderstand it by taking his word for it

For a while, he was arguing that waves should be going across earth at the rate at which earth spins, when the reversal happens, but that is just fucking retarded to believe, since if true, everyone would die, no hope. People and animals are here now so either shit doesn't happen or it doesn't happen the way he says it would. The more believable reality is that there would be a deceleration process that is survivable, causing tsunamis and all that but not the kind that would send most people into the nearest wall at around 700mph.

But he was adamant about it until commenter hammered him to death. So what else has he exaggerated or miscalculated? Again, good topics but more rigor is needed.

Just look at his video list. He started off a new series and then pivoted after one or two episodes. It's because he came out with even more absurdities. He fucking showed two pics of solar eclipses with one covering the sun more slightly and was like, "see, the sun is getting bigger". Reality, pics were taken 80 years apart and positions weren't the same. So simple yet he was adamant about it.
