Trump was brought into politics by Obama with the birther thing after being installed into Fox as a reality host. Obama gave Trump the platform to co-opt the republican party, officially solidifying the one-party State under Obama.

I'm not saying Trump is innocent, but Obama is the head of this hydra in the US.
