At the time it was political suicide for a governor to refuse the vaccine, so whether he did take it or not, it would have been very risky for him to publicly say he refused the vaccine. Just think about what Kyrie Irving and Aaron Rodgers had to go through and multiple that by 1000.
I think he did get one dose of J&J but isn't a fan of the vaccines in general.
