In Russia, politician words are meaningless. You should look at Russian legislations, not at the speeches.

If there is no respective legislation, that, f.e. declaring IMF/WHO/WEF/WTO/whatever as terrorist organisation that is a threat to humanity existence, than any words about "fight against globalisn" cost absolutely nothing.

If there is no clear legislation against enemy entity - no bureaucrat will do anything to mitigate the threat or even will follow the orders and legislations of enemy proxies in the country.

Only if legislation exists, bureaucrat will follow it, and do something real - sign an arrest warrant of those who work with terrorist organisation, close funds and accounts that belong to the enemy structures and so on.

All in all, among all Putin "antiglobalist" rethoric, only protection of family values from LGBTXYZ+ narrative have some real legislation. So, it is the only real thing in all his speeches. Good, but obviously not enough. To defeat that enemy you have to cut all tentacles, not only one of them. And, obviously, you can't be "antiglobalist", f.e. when you have a central bank with undisclosed list founders that take in account only the rulings of pure globalist IMF as clearly stated in official CB documents.

So, if you want to really know the ground of Russian Federation as state, look at legislations, not tell fortunes on politician speeches.

Just like Putin said in that speech, citing Christ - “By their fruits ye shall know them.”. That is applicable to Putin itself as well.
