Uranium One - not 20% of uranium reserves. It's worse.

It was a deal to hand-over 20% the USA's production capacity to Putin.

More to the point:

A deal to hand-over uranium processing technologies, to Putin.

Hillary was masterful at that - finding ways to give USA tech to other countries.

I'm talking grid level. I'm definitely not a fan of personal power. It's limited and the equipment sucks. It also makes more sense to share the resources.

Then, hydroelectric is your choice. But you have to live with your community near some river or creek. Cheap, reliable, easy to maintain and reasonable power output.
