Nearby is a Canadian Military Base. Aircraft base. The surrounding mountains are often drilled on by the Military. Mountain training.
Local legend has Sasquatch sightings all over the place. Literally further up the highway North West, is a Sasquatch, park. Another place in those mountains, is called Giant's Opening or something.
He could've cut almost anything into that footage. He could've used his mate to be that agent.
