So look at his options and figure out which one realistically best meets that goal, and that's what he's trying to do. He would never sell out Russia for personal gain, but if he believes that the globalist agenda gives him a chance to surpass competition like the U.S. then he will roll with it to whatever extent he can take advantage of without jeopardizing Russia.
