What don't you get this fact, that states will be breaking federal law sending them back?

So making everyone share the pain, or the Cloward and Pliven strategy, all things considered in this political environment, is not a bad thing. It's half a loaf, which is better than nothing at all.

And where the hell are you getting those numbers?
