I was getting a used car at the time as my old jeep went kaput, and there was this black woman who has just bought a car herself, a much nicer model than me, and she was just like that woman fanning the cash in that skit.
I got a letter in the mail saying (I paraphrase) "here, this is for you because you qualify because you have kids and X and Y and Z when you file our taxes."
Since I use direct deposit through Turbo Tax the money showed up in my account a few weeks later.
