There really is only one type of user that would continually make new accounts to post, event though they know they will be banned pretty much as soon as a mod sees them, and have all their wonderful contributions erased.

As such, I really have no qualms banning that type of user.

If you want to continue to use conspiracies and have your contributions remain visible, you should become more constructive in your interactions with other users, and actually post something informative or of interest to the conspiracy focused users here. That way I wouldn't even notice you.
