I just assume at least 50% of Ukraine aid money finds its way into off-shore trust accounts of our congress critters. They are raiding as much money out of the treasury as they can before it all burns down.
I'm sure most know this but maybe someone younger might not sooo....the meaning of "jump the shark" referencing a decline in something or that there is no going back to the way things use to be or that the best was achieved and now everything is crap. Came from the 1970s TV show "Happy Days" when the coolest dude named Fonzie did a motorcycle stunt in the parking lot of the local dinner they all hung out at called "Arnolds". Fonzie literally did the stunt of jumping over a shark in a tank using ramps on his Triumph motorcycle. (It was a terrible episode) sadly the show was in decline and after this stunt it never had the popularity it once had.....thus the phase "jumping the shark" it was also just a PR stunt trying to capitalize on other pop culture as the stunt motorcycle rider "Evel Knievel" was doing lots of famous jumps in Las Vegas and around the country at the time
