They just sugar coated it. People smiling, doing their civic duty. It was in plain print how they would intermittently cut power to your A/C compressor. They claimed most people would never know the difference. I told them if they were willing to pay me the $5k the A/C system cost, I would gladly let them install the switch. BTW, I live here and full well know the background about this. This campaign started a few years ago and I still get literature every month in my Xcel bill.
